I was an owner of a condo in Naples, Fl but lived and worked in the UK. I needed a Realtor who had local knowledge but more importantly could assist me through the entire process even though I could not be there in person at any stage of the proceedings. Vince was required to check the condo, take  photos, create the listing, publicise the listing, liaise with the Buyers Realtor, the condo association and even the condo watch. He also needed to introduce us to the relevant organisations to manage Title and FIRPTA requirements' and to do all of this over the phone and email. The bottom line is he achieved all of this whilst also being pleasant and personable throughout and very quick to respond. Within 3 months of first making contact on email the sale was completed and we had the funds from the sale in our bank account in the UK.
